Sleep

Last night you feel asleep next to me,
you feel asleep so effortlessly,
I watched your chest rise and fall,
and thought about how we have made it through it all,
You looked like an angel,
something God sent from heaven,
innocence was upon your face,
with all the lines i was trying to trace.
I didnt want to move,
because I didnt want to wake you,
I whispered the words "i love you" as you dreamt your cares away,
